Dear Sweet Lord

For the first time in almost three years, my dearest hubby is taking off work (does it count if he still has his phone/laptop/etc) and going home for the holidays. Home being a very fluid word. Back to Texas to see my momma and Oklahoma to see my inlaws. Here we come baby. A nice long two week visit. I'm seriously ready to go now! Except I have one more trunk show tonight to get through. My first Felony

Today was an eyeopener. I committed my first felony today. So far the po-po hasn't shown up to get in my business though. See I've been waiting on this shipment of sweet cardigans for the store.... yeah and I called this morning to check status. My contact in LA and I figure out that my local UPS man delivered it to the wrong street. So on the phone with UPS in our conference call, we are told that they will have to investigate and get back to us. But they make the mistake of telling me the address where they left the packages. So we have our second trunk show coming this week..... Im nervous. Our first trunk show was in the basement of our local library where they have a community room. We had two clothing racks that were donated to our brand new business by a friend and a table to lay things on. Oh and Prin brought her stand up mirror from home. That was it. I'm stuffed up and my ears hurt. And I'm whiney. God I'ma pain. But they love me anyway. Tomorrow we venture into the big big city as Princess plays her last high school volleyball game of the season. This means uber shopping peeps, not even gonna lie. And a big ass Sonic shake. Screw my diet. But for now, I'm downloading the USPS shipping tool onto my laptop. I've spent the last three afternoons the post office shipping off orders to various states for our website. Blows my mind but people like our stuff, wooohoooo.... yeah gotta simplify shipping and if it means not even leaving my house. SCORE....
